Yes, you will be able to manage your Web Store yourself through the Admin Panel. If you really need our help, you can contact us and we will help you. Since we provide free support during the entire project development, as well as after completion, depending on which package you choose:

Basic Package – 7 Days Free Store Maintenance and Support

Business Package – 14 Days Free Store Maintenance and Support

Premium Package – 30 Days Free Store Maintenance and Support

If you have any questions or need longer support and help than this, in the future, we are here to help you with everything and to maintain your Web Store for you on a monthly basis, starting from 30€ per month.

Store Maintenance: Updating the site (core, theme), updating plugins, checking safety and security, creating backups, problem-solving, our support, and adding content (Site Maintenance – Link).

Unfortunately no. You will have to provide all the content for the project (text, images, videos…) and send it to us. Since this is your business, you know your products and services best.

But if you really need our help, we can help you find some professional free stock images (Stock Images – No Copyright) for the project.

We believe this will not happen, but if it does, in this case, we offer Design Changes. We ask that you take the time to review the design we’ve created for you and send us a list of changes you’d like us to make so we can fulfill your vision.

If after some time you are still not satisfied with the Design Change, we will not mind giving you a refund.

What does Design Change contain?

Any change you need related to the design of your project, which does not deviate from the agreement when creating the project (changing the color, font, image, increasing/reducing the image or font, experimenting with different shades of color, changing the appearance of the page, changing the animation, menu layout and text…). You tell us what you want and we will arrange it.

What does Design Change not contain?

Changes in the content that you did not provide to us and within the entire site, as well as changes in the requirements around the site, which were not part of the original agreement and lead to more work. Changes made during the project on your part that leads to more work, may not count as a Design Change but will be charged extra (we’ll let you know before the change, don’t worry).

How many Design Changes do we offer?

For each of our Packages we offer free Design Changes, depending on which package you choose:

Basic Package – Up to 2x Design Changes

Business Package – Up to 5x Design Changes

Premium Package – Up to 10x Design Changes

As for design changes, that number you see (2x, 5x, 10x) refers to the free changes we can make after the site is built. After that, we can also make as many design changes as you want, but these are charged at a nominal cost.
